Curtis M. Spencer (Curt) is a lifelong native of Sumter, SC, serves on the South Carolina Conservation Bank Board, and enjoys other conservation initiatives. He has been involved in the Clemson Master Tree Farmer Program, is a member of the Congaree Land Trust, and is currently a cohort in the Palmetto Leadership in Agriculture, Environment, and Forestry program (PLEAF). He has numerous classroom and field postgraduate training in various forestry and real estate subjects and over 22 years of experience in selling rural property.

Curt is a licensed Real Estate Salesman in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. His passion is helping people find the perfect tract to meet their needs. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling.
