Fred has worked on and managed forests of the Pacific Northwest for more than 40 years. He has been involved with forest land transactions in one capacity or another for over 25 years. His experience includes nearly every aspect of forestry. Fred has extensive experience dealing with county, state, and federal regulatory agencies.

Fred was the founder and co-owner of Northwest Forest Properties, along with his wife, Jean. He is a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters, Realtors Land Institute, and the Society of American Foresters. Fred is licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
