Philip loves helping people buy and sell land in Upstate South Carolina.

He learned a strong work ethic growing up on a small Tennessee cattle farm. He earned degrees in soil science and forestry and spent more than 20 years in forest management and forest environmental research. He loves the land and helping people connect with it.

In his work, he values honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to truly help people. He specializes in farms, timberland, and hunting properties.

His area of service spans the South Carolina Upstate from Anderson to Winnsboro, Edgefield to York, and pretty much all points in between. 2023 was his sixth year in land sales. In that year, he sold 2,100 acres in 10 tracts across four counties of the SC Upstate. As part of his business, his family donated to Southeastern Children’s Home (Duncan, SC) based on each acre sold.

He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Registered Forester in South Carolina. He lives near the town of Piedmont, where his wife teaches school. When he is not working, he can be found wandering through the mountains or helping with the campus ministry at the church his family attends.
