About The Agent

Steve has worked in the timber industry in the southeast for over 30 years, managing forest lands and buying and selling timber. Throughout his career, Steve has worked in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Over the last several years, he started selling timberland for a large landowner client and has developed a new passion for helping clients sell or buy timberland. His quantitative approach to assessing the value of timberland for both buyers and sellers makes him an excellent choice to assist them through the process. Steve has always loved the woods and currently lives with his wife, Jill, in Tuscumbia, Alabama.
