Upstate Timberlands offers a rare investment opportunity composed of 23 individual parcels all located within 1.5 hours drive of the Charlotte, NC and/or Greenville/Spartanburg, SC metro areas. The properties are managed intensively with a diverse age class structure allowing for immediate and long-term timber cash flow potential in well-established forest product markets.
Upstate is being offered for sale via a single-stage, closed bid process. The package may not be further divided, and offers will not be considered on individual parcels.
