North Cedar Road Tract

Forested Hunting and Forested Homesites

The North Cedar Road Tract is ±179.33 acres of beautiful pine and hardwood forest located in Trinity County, Texas. The majority of the tract is merchantable loblolly pine plantation. A small portion of the merchantable pine plantation has already been selectively first thinned. The majority of the pine plantation still needs to be selectively first thinned. The tract is also located within a couple of miles of the Davy Crockett National Forest and only about 12 miles from the Ratcliff Lake Recreation Area.
