The acres include over 1,232± acres of upland, 527± acres of bottomland hardwoods, 98± acres of beaver ponds, 82± acres of game plots and 5± acres of non-forested areas. The upland acres consists of:


  • 672± acres of pine plantation
  • 422± acres of natural pine/hardwood
  • 113± acres of hardwood
  • 24± acres of natural pine

In total, there are over 95,400± tons of merchantable pine and hardwood timber.
