AFM Real Estate (AFMRE) is pleased to present the Neches Pineywoods tract consisting of ±19,079 acres. This is a one of a kind property located ±30 minutes south of Lufkin, Texas, and less than 2 hours from Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston.
The property lies on both sides of the Neches River, one of the most ecologically important rivers in East Texas. The land features several thousand acres of protected river bottom hardwood habitat, wetlands and upland pine plantations.
